Turnip Cake 蘿蔔糕

Turnip cake is one of the most popular cake during Lunar New Year, can also be found in dim sum places.

Many ingredients are included in our turnip cake, Chinese sausage, dried shrimp, Chinese cured pork, etc. Our turnips are cut and grated by hand.

After searing, it would be crispy outside and soft inside. The umami flavour from all the ingredients can be tasted with just one bite.
